Where the craft was built. Two earlier roles, 2021 to 2025 — brand, campaign and experience work at a luxury hospitality group and a brand consultancy. It is here rather than on the front page because none of it can tell you whether it converted anyone.

This is not a chapter that closed. The art direction on the front page is this same craft, still running, pointed at a harder problem — and the practice is 5.3 years and counting, not the four on this page.

I Quadrant

Brand Experience Designer

  • A podcast brand, from nothing

Led branding for the company’s first podcast, on financial literacy — identity, visual language, logo directions and the brand framework that held it together across episodes and platforms.

  • A homepage rebuilt on evidence

Ran stakeholder interviews, workshops and surveys to work out how people actually moved through the site, then translated the strategy into UX flows rather than opinions. The first time I got to argue a layout with research behind me.

  • An event you walk through

Directed the creative experience for a leadership summit — mapping attendee journeys, developing experiential assets, and prototyping layouts across the physical room and the digital touchpoints around it.

COMO Group

Graphic Designer

  • Campaigns across a luxury group

Integrated campaigns for the group’s flagship hospitality and F&B establishments — branding, key visuals, digital and packaging, across food, fashion, lifestyle and luxury retail. Three years of holding one standard across very different rooms.

  • Social, at group scale

Led social media design in partnership with Marketing and PR, developing visual content that carried the brand story across a portfolio of very different properties without any of them sounding like each other.

  • Shoots, start to finish

Oversaw product shoots from mood board through art direction and retouching, then produced print-ready artwork to production specification. This is where I learned that a brief survives contact with reality only if someone owns it all the way to the printer.
